Join artists Paul Rucker and Vaughn Garland to share your thoughts about Richmond, race, and healing. They are gathering audio that Garland will incorporate into a new symphonic composition by Rucker. The piece will be performed on Saturday, June 9, 2018 as part of the Festival of the River (link). It is part of the ICA’s inaugural exhibition Declaration, and is commissioned by the Institute for Contemporary Art and the Richmond Symphony with Sound Arts Richmond.
